  1. LNG 운반선의 LNG 저장탱크용

    For LNG Storage Tanks on LNG Carriers

    During liquefied natural gas (LNG) transport, the temperature is −196°C, but rises to +20–30°C after delivery, causing thermal contraction and expansion. Accordingly, the tanks are manufactured from 304L steel, which offers excellent resistance and superior low-temperature toughness due to its nickel content.

    Specification 304L (Thickness: 1.2 mm)
    Application Membrane-type LNG storage tank
    Quality Control (1) Ni content: 9% or above
    (2) Supplied to customers following surface inspection
  2. 가전 냉장고 도어용

    For Home Appliance Refrigerator Doors

    Owing to its high strength, rust resistance, hygienic properties, attractive surface finish, and impact resistance, this material is used as exterior cladding for home appliances.

    Specification 430 (Thickness: 0.4–0.6 mm)
    Application Used on the exterior surface of home appliances
    Quality Control (1) Surface finish tailored to customer requirements (#4, HL, etc.)

  3. 물탱크용

    For Water Tanks

    Incorporating corrosion-resistant alloying elements to prevent rust formation, this material is highly hygienic and well-suited for water tank applications.

    Specification 304/329LD/444
    Application Seismic water tanks, cylindrical water tanks, etc.
    Quality Control
    • - 304 : General-purpose grade with excellent hygienic properties
    • - 329LD : High-strength grade with outstanding corrosion resistance
    • - 444 : High resistance to chloride ions in tap water
  4. 자동차 배기계용

    For Automotive Exhaust Systems

    Requiring excellent heat resistance and formability, the cost-effective 400 Series stainless steel is the grade of choice for this application.

    Specification 400 Series (Thickness: 0.4–10.0t)
    Application Used for a variety of automotive parts, including exhaust systems and flanges
    Quality Control
    • - 409L : Ti additions improve corrosion resistance and provide excellent weldability and workability.
    • - 439 : Offers high thermal conductivity and a low coefficient of thermal expansion.
    • - 430J1L : Grade 430 with Cu and Nb additions; offers good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and formability.
    • - 436L : Mo, Ti, and Nb additions provide excellent corrosion resistance, workability, and weldability.
  5. 싱크용

    For Kitchen Sinks

    As this application requires both corrosion resistance and high formability simultaneously, austenitic stainless steel is predominantly used.
    With excellent antimicrobial properties and outstanding stain resistance, the material minimizes the appearance of everyday surface scratches.

    A steel grade with Cu additions offering excellent antimicrobial properties and formability, used in hygiene-critical environments and deep-drawn products.
    (Thermal flasks, insulated lunch boxes, pots, institutional catering facilities, and products requiring spinning)

    Specification 300 Series (304/304J1) (Thickness: 0.3–3.0 mm)
    Application Thermal flasks, insulated lunch boxes, institutional catering facilities, spinning-processed products, etc.
    Quality Control Buffability and surface defect control required for Ridging, Orange Peel, etc.
